just a quick note…here in the niagara region there are a few places to buy cheese….upper canada cheese company in jordan, they sell canadian cheeses plus they make 2 kinds: a washed rind cheese,niagara gold and a camembert style called comfort cream; also olsen’s bakery in port dalhousie and at the newly opened ravine vinevards; a shop in niagara-on-the-lake: cheese secrets; and finally a recently opened shop in niagara falls called the cheese truckle!!

In the interest of spreading info about true and honest cheese sellers, we are lucky to have one in Dundas Ont. – Mickey McGuire’s. They go out of their way to bring in whatever you’ve suggested, include some amazing bread from a religious order in Toronto, and samples with a smile.
